1. Partner Eligibility

You must be the legal owner or authorised representative of the property you list. Listing a property without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2. Listing Accuracy

All listing information — including rent, deposit, location, amenities and photographs — must be accurate and up to date. Misleading listings will be removed without notice.

3. No Brokerage Policy

UrbanTenants is a zero-brokerage platform. Partners must not charge tenants any brokerage or commission beyond the agreed rent and deposit. Violation will result in permanent account suspension.

4. Payment Responsibility

All financial transactions are between the partner and the tenant. UrbanTenants is not liable for any payment disputes. Ensure your UPI ID is accurate and active.

5. Conduct & Communication

Partners must communicate honestly, respectfully, and promptly with tenants. Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent behaviour will lead to immediate account termination.

6. Content Ownership

By submitting photos and descriptions, you grant UrbanTenants a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform for promotional purposes.

7. Account Termination

UrbanTenants reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
